When a refund applies

Write to us before the batch start date if you need to cancel. We review refund requests in writing within 7 working days.

  • Cancel 7 or more days before the first session: we refund the tuition paid, minus a processing charge of 10% or ₹2,000, whichever is lower.
  • Cancel fewer than 7 days before the first session, or after attending any session: tuition is not refunded. You may transfer the seat to the next published batch of the same programme, once, if seats exist.
  • We cancel a batch: you choose a full refund of tuition paid for that batch, or a move to the next batch at no extra fee.

What is not refundable

GST already remitted (where the tax invoice cannot be reversed), certification exam vouchers that have been issued, and one-to-one mentoring hours already delivered.

How to request

Email the registered student name, phone, course and batch date via the contact form. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 14 working days.
