1. Who we are
These terms apply to training programmes offered by SkilBrill Training Institute (“SkilBrill”, “we”). By enrolling, you agree to this page and our Privacy Policy.
2. Enrolment
A seat is confirmed only after we accept your application and you complete the payment or instalment agreed in writing. Course names, batch dates, mode (classroom, live online or hybrid) and fees are confirmed on the invoice or admission email — not on marketing pages alone.
3. What we deliver
We deliver instructor-led training, labs and career-support activities described for your batch. Syllabus, tools and session counts can be updated so the programme stays aligned with current hiring needs. We do not guarantee a job, a salary, an interview, or a third-party certification result.
4. Student responsibilities
You must attend sessions, complete labs, and keep contact details current. Classroom seats are at the Chennai campus unless we confirm another venue. Live-online learners need a working computer, microphone and stable internet.
5. Fees
Fees are quoted in Indian rupees unless we state otherwise. Taxes, certification exam vouchers, and retake fees are extra unless the invoice says they are included. Unpaid instalments can pause access to classes and placement support.
6. Conduct
We may remove a learner who disrupts class, shares paid materials, or harasses staff or other students. In that case unused fees are handled under the refund policy.
7. Intellectual property
Recordings, slide decks, lab files and the SkilBrill name stay our property. You may use them for your own learning, not for resale or public upload.
8. Liability
To the extent allowed by Indian law, SkilBrill is not liable for indirect loss, hiring decisions of third-party employers, or downtime of third-party cloud labs. Our total liability for a programme is limited to the fees you paid us for that programme.
