Question 1

What does the Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management course cover?

Accepted Answer

The course follows the five domains Microsoft publishes for MB-330: product information management (25 to 30 percent), inventory and asset management (20 to 25 percent), warehouse management and transportation management (20 to 25 percent), supply chain processes (15 to 20 percent) and master planning (10 to 15 percent). Eight modules work through the product master, inventory and quality, procurement and vendor collaboration, sales and landed cost, the warehouse and its mobile app, transportation and assets, master planning with Planning Optimization, and a capstone assessed configuration pack.

Question 2

How is this different from the Power Platform Functional Consultant course?

Accepted Answer

The Power Platform Functional Consultant course prepares you for PL-200, which is built on Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse: light applications that model data and automate a task. This course prepares you for MB-330, where the work happens inside the Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management core: product masters, bills of material, purchase orders, warehouse work and master planning. One designs an app for a team, the other configures the process a plant runs on.

Question 3

What does the MB-330 exam actually look like?

Accepted Answer

It is a 100-minute proctored assessment at intermediate level, with roughly 40 to 60 scenario questions and a passing score of 700 out of 1000. Each question gives you a business situation and asks which configuration answers it, so vocabulary alone will not carry you. The certification also requires the core Finance and Operations exam MB-300, so treat MB-300 content as the platform foundation underneath the supply chain material.

Question 4

Do I need ERP experience before I start?

Accepted Answer

Microsoft sets no formal prerequisite for MB-330, but the exam assumes you can hold a whole process in your head: procure to pay, order to cash and plan to replenish. You need working familiarity with how a business buys, stores and sells stock. The course supplies the product detail, the configuration steps and a lab environment, and it opens with the process mapping that most candidates find missing.

Question 5

What work does this qualification lead to?

Accepted Answer

Functional consultant work on Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management implementations: product data, procurement and planning configuration, warehouse and inventory set-up, and integration with the finance core. In India those roles are titled supply chain functional consultant, ERP consultant or planning systems analyst, and the salary band for a mid-level consultant sits between Rs 9 and 22 lakh a year.

Question 6

What is the duration and fee?

Accepted Answer

Twelve weeks, three sessions a week of two hours each, totalling 72 hours, with configuration work done alongside the sessions. Fees run from Rs 55,000 to Rs 85,000 depending on batch and mode, with classroom, live online and hybrid options and placement support through 200+ hiring partners. The band sits at the top of our range because this course carries the broadest product surface of the Dynamics paths we run.

Question 7

What certificate do I receive?

Accepted Answer

A SkilBrill Course Completion Certificate for the full 72 hours of the programme, listing the modules completed and the configuration pack you submitted. The Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate credential is issued by Microsoft after you pass MB-300 and MB-330. We prepare you for the exams and mark your project work; we do not issue the vendor credential.
