Question 1

Do I need an MBA or engineering degree to join?

Accepted Answer

No. Graduates from any stream enter supply chain. What matters is analytical comfort, Excel ability and the domain knowledge this programme builds, none of which depend on a particular degree.

Question 2

Is supply chain a good career in India?

Accepted Answer

India is a large and growing supply chain market, and demand for planners and analysts is steady. Entry pay is modest, but experienced planners and managers are paid well, especially in e-commerce, manufacturing and consulting.

Question 3

Do I need to know SAP beforehand?

Accepted Answer

No. SAP for supply chain is taught inside the course as the module concepts and transactions a supply chain analyst actually uses, so you learn it in the context of planning and inventory rather than in isolation.

Question 4

What is the difference between supply chain and logistics?

Accepted Answer

Supply chain is the whole chain from planning and sourcing through production to delivery. Logistics is the movement and storage part of it — transport and warehousing. The course covers both and shows how they connect.

Question 5

Is this course suitable without a technical background?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The only technical expectation is comfort with Excel. Analytics, SAP and the planning tools are taught from the level a non-technical graduate would need.

Question 6

Which roles will this course help me get?

Accepted Answer

Mostly entry analyst and coordinator roles: supply chain analyst, demand or supply planner, logistics coordinator, warehouse executive and procurement executive, with progression to planner and manager as you gain experience.
